iKP
Internet Keyed Payment Protocols. A family of secure payment protocols from IBM that support World Wide Web transactions involving up to three parties. The protocols are non-proprietary, independent of specific browsers and servers, and exportable from the United States to most countries. They will support a wide variety of payment methods (e.g. credit cards, checks, smart cards). iKP does not provide encryption but supports other protocols which do (e.g. SSL, S-HTTP). iKP does require the provision of public keys by a certificate issuing authority.
