Network Service Provider
As opposed to Internet Service Providers who sell to end-users, Network Service Providers sell high volume Internet backbone capacity to Internet Service Providers. Network Service Providers often sell to end users as well. Sometimes called 'carriers', Network Service Providers include MCI, AT&T, Sprint, and European Postal, Telegraph, and Telephone (PTT) agencies.
